The Willamette Valley Forum is winding down its series on US Foreign Policy. On June 4, 2009, 7:00pm - 9:00pm, at the Corvallis-Benton County Public Library, 645 NW Monroe Avenue, Corvallis, Political Scientist Mark Croatti speaks on "Is Afghanistan becoming Obama's Vietnam?"
Mark spoke in Corvallis last year on the Israel-Palestine conflict and attracted a capacity audience. He teaches courses on Middle East Politics at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. He is a former Fellow for the Center for the Study of the Presidency and a former White House volunteer. He is also the political writer for the magazine What’s Up? Annapolis."
